It has come to my attention that some of you feel maligned by the idea that I am doing a blog with my current freshmen and I didn't do it with you. Sorry, one never knows when great ideas will strike! So a suggestion has been made-to allow oldies to post to the blog. My worry is that your talent will overshadow and silence my newbies (ahem). So another idea was suggestioned-make a blog for the old timers! Brilliant! Thank you Jared! So, let's give it a try. Remember to have fun but no slicing and dicing of people's feelings-especially when it gets religious and political (ahem!). This should be a safe fun place to write and be with other writers and thinkers.
I will post questions-sometimes they will be the same questions as the newbies get, othertimes they may different. This week I will post the same question (you are gonna LOVE it!), but feel free to go back in time and respond to old newbie questions as well. Have fun!!!!
The question is (drum roll please) . . . if you could have any special super power what would it be and why? What would you do with this power (a little antecdote would be fun, that means a little story showing what you would do)? Would you use to help the world or just yourself? Would you be a bad guy and abuse your power?

YAY, great Idea from Jared!!!!
OK, my ideal superpower would be time and mind control and/or invisibilty and flight. Either way, I would be able to get revenge on people who don't like me, and also, I would be able to stop criminals in the act...YAY!!!
Also I could get people to do what I want them to, and also mess with their minds, which is so incredibly fun!

This is Jake Pasanen. If I had a super power... It would probably be flying. It would make life infinately easier. I wouldn't be the bad guy, but I wouldn't go out of my way too much to save people...
So... thats what would have.

A superpower? Ummmm...... I think I would want something subtle so others don't find out about it and lock me up for government testing or something. I've always thought levatation would be neat but controling the wind would have to be my top choice. Yes I know it's an odd thing to choose but I have always loved the wind. ^^
One other power I always have thought would be wonderful is the knowledge of everything: past, present, and future. You'd be able to know all the secrets of time and space, how to stop warring countries, and where you left your wallet. ^^

Interesting, but did you guys ever think of the ability to control time?
That would be most ideal, I think.
You make a mistake and bam! Rewind time, fix it and continue on with your life.
However, there are drawbacks to that, such as: What would happen if you messed up the time line and someone important died? That would stink.
But anyways. I think I would enjoy that power the most. I dunno, though, as I don't have any super powers.
